Are Supplements Necessary?

The answer is NO if….

  • You can eat 40 oranges every day to get 2,000 mg of Vitamin C.
  • You can grow your own organic fruits and vegetables on a soil that is highly nutritious, and you harvest it and consume it when it is ripe.
  • If you feed the animals you consume with the freshly harvested and nutritious food that you grew.
  • You have no stress in your life.
  • You don’t consume processed food which contains no “anti-nutrients.”
  • You don’t consume any drugs like Advil, Tylenol, Tums, or Aspirin.
  • You exercise at least 30 minutes daily.
  • Your body breaks down all the nutrients you ingest and is able to absorb them efficiently into all the cells in your body.
  • You sleep well and wake up rested every single day!

If your answer is yes to any of the above case scenarios, unfortunately, the answer ends up being YES! Our bodies don’t get the nutrients that our grandparents got simply because the soil in which we grow our food is depleted of nutrients, we consume fruits and vegetables that were harvest who knows when and were not ripe then, etc. The food industry has also supplemented many products to try to meet our nutritional needs without any success.
